Seniors Helping Seniors® East Bay provides non-medical in-home care services, including companion care, personal care, respite care, transportation and errands, light housekeeping and meal preparation, memory support, and transitional care after a hospital stay. We do not provide medical, nursing, or skilled healthcare services. Nothing on this website is medical advice.
